After you receive the free estimate, please discuss any concerns you might have with the estimator.If you decide to make your purchase, there are a few things that you need to do for us to speed the process along...First, the contract must be signed and a small deposit given, which can be in the form of a cash, check, credit card or TORO Credit Financing (this can be done through our Accounting Department). After this you will speak to someone in our Installation Department to set-up two dates: one for plumbing and another for your installation.They will also need your property’s Lot and Block number to process your permits.
Day of Installation… Please note, it is imperative that you schedule your installation on a day when you can be availablefor our installation crew. The installation crew will first lay-out the design the estimator gave them by using flags. Please take this time to discuss any changes you feel might be necessary (just another reason why the homeowner needs to be available). It is much easier and less costly for you to make changes before the installation than after. At this time the Crew leader will discuss with you the best location for the valve box, controller, plumbing and state required wireless rain sensor.
